In case you have multiple bug reports that you want to mark as duplicate at once, you can select them from the bugs list and click on "..." icon then click on Mark as Duplicate.

Just select only the duplicates or the ones that you want to group them below a parent without selecting the parent itself. They will pick the parent from the modal.
