Email notifications can be fine-tuned on a per-app basis to ensure that you get the best experience when notified about an incoming report or other important activities.
Here’s how you can do so from your dashboard:
Access Notification Settings: Under your account, you'll find the "Profile" section and the "Email Notifications" tab.
Choose Profile or company settings changes:
Profile Settings: This option means you’ll receive email notifications when changes are made to your personal account settings (e.g., name, avatar, etc.).]
Company Settings: This option allows you to receive email notifications when changes are made to the company’s settings (e.g., company name).
Choose the desired Apps:
Modify your notification settings:
From there, you can set exactly what you'd like to receive email updates for by checking all the options for which you want to receive email notifications.
For example, you can receive emails for "Bug reporting" but not "Crash reporting."
Save Changes: After modifying the email notifications to your liking, be sure to save your changes by pressing the blue "Save" button. You'll also get a notification on the top right that says, "Notification setting updated."
And you should be all set!
Please keep in mind that currently, the notification configuration page allows you to set email notification preferences on a per-app basis.
However, when configuring the settings for an application, it's done for all environments (Beta, Production, Development, etc.).
The settings cannot be set for each environment separately.
