Yes, this is possible through the Instabug Rules feature. From your dashboard, access the rules page through the Settings menu, choose Rules, and create a new rule.

When creating a new rule, you choose whether it's for incoming bugs, crashes, or chats. Then you can decide on the criteria for its triggering, such as making the rule trigger for any incoming bug report with a specific report category. 

Next, you can choose specific actions to occur when the right conditions are met. In this case, you can set the action to be assigning the report to a particular member.
