During the Trello integration set-up, you'll have the option to choose which data is forwarded to the Trello board. Simply uncheck or check the checkboxes next to the data you need.

Perhaps you want only feedback to be sent to Trello? You can set it up so that only incoming reports that fall under particular categories are forwarded. This can be done through our rules page.
