When invoking Instabug, you will see two options for submitting reports.

Suggest an Improvement
Ask a question
The first option is used primarily for sending bug reports, while the second option is used for sending improvements, and the third option is mainly for your users to ask a question. All options behave in the same exact way, with the only difference being that each option is shown as a different category. This will help you filter between feedback reports.
