"This account is already logged in." What does this mean?

Your account may be logged in from another browser. Only one browser can be logged in at a time.

Multiple users cannot access a single account at the same time. This means you will see this message if you try to log in to an account already being used or logged in somewhere else. You must log out of other browsers before being able to log in.

There are some exceptions to this rule. A single browser can open multiple tabs or windows simultaneously with no issues. You can also log in to the dashboard from any number of smartphone devices.

If not, clearing your browser's cookies and cache files should resolve the issue.

If you would like to access your dashboard from additional computers or browsers, you can do so by adding more users such as follows:

  1. Click on Account in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Account Management

  3. Select Company Members.

  4. Choose the "Invite Company Members" option.
