Instabug requires the microphone and photo library permissions in order to be able to attach images and screen recordings with voice notes to bug reports. Generally, the permission requests appear only when the user attempts to add those attachments. 

The only exception to this is on Android if you have set the invocation event to screenshot, otherwise, most permissions are optional. On iOS, all of the permissions are required.
