If you're on the Essential plan or above, you will have automatic access to the session profiler. With each incoming report, we collect a plethora of data over the course of the application's usage. from its initiation up until a report is sent.  The data is then displayed in the session profiler for each bug report as a timeline.

One of the pieces of information we capture is network connectivity. This will display the user's network, internet connectivity type, and any changes over the 60 seconds prior to the report being sent.
