Repro steps will automatically be captured and sent with incoming reports if they're included in your current plan. 

If using iOS, no extra effort is necessary; from Android, the repro steps only capture lifetime events by default. In order to capture user interaction events such as tap, hold, and swipe, you'll need to override a certain method in your main activity.
