From your dashboard, you can create three different types of surveys or announcements: Custom, NPS, and App Rating. 

When creating any of the above surveys or announcements, you can publish the survey either manually or automatically.

To ship the survey automatically, select the Auto Targeting option. 

Once published, these surveys will automatically be shown to any user who meets the chosen criteria—without requiring any code changes. Any survey can be published, targeted, and shown directly from the Instabug dashboard without involving engineering.
